Men and women often hold back looking for signs that will give them an insight into a persons intentions. Each holding back what they have to offer, hoping that somehow, the person will either prove themselves or betray a sinister intention. However, the human mind is not designed to be read or decoded, whatever is stored in its deepest recess is known only to the owner.
Without the gift of clairvoyance or divine perception it is impossible to gain an insight into a persons intentions. The face is not the index of the mind, neither is the mouth compelled to speak honestly from the mind, therefore a persons appearance or words cannot guarantee how good or bad they are. A relationship can either turn out good or bad, it’s always a gamble. Like everything else in life, there are no guarantees, finding love belongs to those who take the risk to try.
The truth is, the players, male and female are extremely skilled in the art of deception, they have mastered the dynamics of love and will always say and do the right things to score. The sincere ones may pursue you with so much passion that may make them appear too desperate to score. The most important things is taking the chance but resolving never to accept less than you deserve and knowing when to stay and what when to leave.
While it may be wise to apply a cautious approach to entering relationships, being too cautious can also prevent you from giving good people a chance. Those who come to play and the ones who come to stay come in the same way, there is absolutely no mastery or expertise that can help you differentiate one from the other. Mistakes and bad judgments are human, the real tragedy is remaining in a bad or abusive relationship for whatever reason.
Life is unpredictable yet we live everyday and plan for tomorrow like there is no death. We should take the same chance and love like there is no heartbreak. Great love stories have been written because two people took a chance and found each other, what is not written is how many times they stumbled. Disappointments, betrayals and heartbreaks are an inevitable part of life and are designed to teach and strengthen us and not to break us – Sir Stanley Ekezie
